Matsumoto city in 1963. I graduated Reitaku University in 1985 and finished Master's and Ph.D. Programs at University of Tsukuba in '87 and '92. My major is American studies and U. S. history, especially environmental history.

It is my great pleasure and honor to teach here at Reitaku, my alma mater. I am enjoying teaching (or I should say "studying") very much. I do hope my students are also enjoying their campus lives.
