Victor Malek

(Lecturer)

Most probably you are more than eager to get to know this chunky teacher who will help brighten up your day even on the gloomiest days of your life.
Yours truly left the "land of milk and honey" otherwise known as the "United States of America" to come to the "land of the rising and falling yen" some 12 years ago to put his specialty to a good use. Twelve years later, and twelve kilos heavier, I have concluded that my students have come a long way in getting interested in learning foreign languages and have a long way to go yet.
I was born in Iran and finished high school in the city of Mash-had before doing twelve years of schooling at Southern Illinois University in the field of 'Applied Linguistics.' Now that I am here in Japan, I hope to play a tiny role in this country's strive in becoming an active member of the global village.
On this beautiful campus with top-notch students I have been quite busy teaching conversational English, business writing, and debate courses. I find the students of this university highly motivated in learning languages and passionately participating in extracurricular activities. I look forward to meeting you on our beautiful campus someday in the near future.
